Privacy policy

NECS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy as follows in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.

Article 1 (Purpose of processing personal information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes in relation to sample, demo, and project inquiries submitted through the website inquiry form.

  1. Receiving inquiries and reviewing their details

  2. Identifying the inquirer and responding

  3. Providing technical consultation, reviewing applicability, and coordinating meetings and demo sessions

  4. Managing inquiry history and providing follow-up responses

The Company processes personal information only within the scope of the above purposes, and if the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 2 (Items of personal information processed and legal basis)

The Company processes personal information as follows.

The Company processes personal information only within the scope permitted by law or consented to by the data subject.

Article 3 (Period of processing and retention of personal information)

The Company processes and retains personal information within the scope consented to at the time of collection.

  1. Receipt of and response to website inquiries

  • Retention period: Retained for one year from the date the inquiry is received, or for one year after the inquiry has been resolved, and then destroyed

However, where personal information must be preserved under applicable laws and regulations, it will be retained for the period prescribed by such laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Method of processing personal information)

The Company collects personal information through the website inquiry form.
Collected personal information is stored in the website operation system and may be transmitted to the Company’s email account for the purpose of responding to and managing inquiries.

Article 5 (Overseas transfer of personal information)

The Company uses the Wix platform for website operation. Accordingly, personal information collected through the website inquiry form may be stored or processed overseas in the course of providing Wix services.

The details of the overseas transfer are as follows.

Article 6 (Provision of personal information to third parties)

The Company processes personal information only within the scope of the purposes set forth in Article 1 and does not provide personal information to third parties except where separately consented to by the data subject or where required under applicable laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Entrustment of personal information processing)

The Company does not currently entrust personal information processing tasks to external parties.
If the Company entrusts personal information processing tasks in the future, it will disclose the entrusted party and details of the entrusted tasks in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 8 (Destruction of personal information)

The Company destroys personal information without delay when the retention period has expired or when the personal information is no longer necessary due to the achievement of the processing purpose.

    The Company selects personal information for destruction when a reason for destruction arises and destroys it in accordance with internal procedures.

  • Personal information stored in electronic file form is deleted using secure methods to ensure that the records cannot be recovered or reproduced.

  • Personal information recorded on paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Article 9 (Rights and obligations of data subjects and legal representatives, and methods of exercising them)

Data subjects may exercise the following rights with respect to the Company at any time.

  3. Request deletion of personal information

  4. Request suspension of processing of personal information

These rights may be exercised by email or other means, and the Company will take necessary measures without delay.

Article 10 (Measures to ensure the security of personal information)

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.

  1. Administrative measures: Minimization of personnel handling personal information, establishment and operation of internal management standards

  2. Technical measures: Access rights management, installation and operation of security programs

  3. Physical measures: Access control for places where personal information is stored

The Company designates and operates the following Chief Privacy Officer and grievance handling contact point to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests for the exercise of rights related to personal information processing.

Article 13 (Implementation and amendment of this Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy takes effect on March 27, 2026.
